Exchange and Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We hope you will love your Pershella Collection order, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed.  

Guidelines:

• Please return the item/s within 5 working days
• Please send your Full Name, Email Address and Order ID
• Please note, item/s must be in their original condition. Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original unmarked gift box and paper bag. All items returned will be inspected.

Exchanges and Returns:

• You choose the courier to return the item/s at our location during business hours. Please take note that we will not shoulder the shipping fee. 

Exchange: If you need to exchange for a different design, don’t worry. Let’s get something you love. We will ship the new item to you right away once we have received and inspected the old one. 

Refund: Once an item has been collected, please allow up to 2-3  working days for your refund to be processed.
